• Responsible for presentation, and to be company representative inclusive idea of Advertising Campaign, ATL & BTL , communications and events
• Develop and lead client development strategy, Develop specific, measurable client development objective
• Identifies new business targets and qualified the business
• Organize and effectively scale client development practice as well as generating external opportunities
• Stay on top of client development business and to head off issues early
• Lead the account and financial management in matters relating to account profitability such as compensation negotiations and profitability reviews
• Assign formal business development pitch teams and providing both strategicdirection and tactical execution to include dally weekly communication on all planned activity
• Insures the timely development and execution of plans, campaigns, and projects to assure earnings, growth, and profit goals are achieved. At the same time, ensure the brand is on strategy
• In charge of client’s pitching processes to expand more accounts to AE team and bring new business opportunities to the company through extended external network.
• Responsible for building the client development database
• To coordinate with Strategic Planning team, Creative Team to analyze and fulfill the client’s expectation
• Work closely with Group Account Director and Management for business support

• Thai Nationality, 35-48 years old
• Bachelor Degree of Advertising or related field
• Experience from global advertising  more 10 year , and possess the achievement record
• Sold Background from Senior AD Level, GAD and handling various accounts
• The candidate should have connections & strong client networks
• Good command of  English, and presentation skill
• To passionate in new pitching, flexible, good attitude
