• Manage and control all of operations procedure
• Ensure that operation processing is accurate and complies with approved procedures follow BOT’s regulations
• Manage back office, call center, loan operation, risk and audit
• Implement & Designed organization’s structure and operational workflow and other
• processes to effectively improve business operation.
• Monitor day-to-day company operation activities from each branch to improve performance with high standard and compliance to laws
• To initiate the strategic improvement to run operation smoothly
• Work closely with management to achieve target and other tasks as assigned

• Thai Nationality, 40-50 years old
• Bachelor Degrees of related fields , MBA is a plus
• Experience in controlling Operation from Financial Industry or Insurance for more 10 years
• Good Command of English and MS Office
