Main Responsibilities
- Lead company’s strategic projects in order to drive company's strategy
- Conduct in-depth financial and non-financial analysis of specific strategy
- Propose solid and practical recommendations to senior management
- Work with various parties to implement the approved solution
- Perform internal & external competitive analysis and recommend strategies or market opportunities to senior management
- Facilitate strategy formulation session with senior management
- Review functional action plans and new initiative proposals to ensure alignment of plan and priorities across company
- Arrange regular strategy review session with senior management
Requirements
- Male or Female, Age 30 - 40
- Oversea graduates is preferable
- Direct experience in banking or consulting firm is a must
- Possess background in project management is a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English is a must
